Important Details
1. When sending in e-mails please follow the format stated, starting from today onwards we will not entertain e-mails that do not follow the mailing criteria.

2. Please give us some time to get back to you. We are humans as well and need to attend school, have personal lives and we too have to deal with assignments and homework.
3. When sending in pictures, please try to look for pictures that fit the criteria needed as we have emphasized numerous times, button badges are round and the picture has to be big enough for the best quality of product produced. Dimension as follow for poster : 300 dpi and must be rectangular in shape.
4. We would prefer if you could crop the picture first before sending the pictures to us. Dimension as follow for button badge : The round center of the picture (meaning the main picture on your button badge) has to be about 55 dpi whereas the whole circle picture cropped out has to be at least 67 dpi.
5. Please read all details first before sending in inquiries (price, promotion, etc) as most of the information can be found in our blog posts and or the tabs on your right.
6. There are no cash upon delivery service available, all payment must be made through bank transfer before hand and goods will be sent by mail (pos laju, registered mail, to your preference)
7. Postage will NOT be paid by us.
8. Any damage to the products upon delivery is NOT our responsibility.
9. Please take time to fill in the guestbook (you can find the link on the right tabs) after you have made a purchase from us.

Batch #2 - Complete / No Longer Taking Mug Orders
Dear customers,
Please be informed that the 2nd batch of orders has already been processed and is ready for collection.
The finished products will be handed out on Monday, whereas for meet ups, please give us a estimation of when and where is convenient so we can arrange.
And also, please note that from the 2nd batch onwards we no longer provide mug printing service.
This is due to the lack of demand and raise in price.
But, do not worry as we promise that there will be more products to come in the future, so please do stay tune to us.
Lastly, we're sorry for the long period of time taken to process your orders as we have a specific quota to fill before we're able to send the orders for process.
So, we do hope for your utmost understanding.
